This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies of any kind. The only cookies it sets are strictly necessary sign-in cookies, used solely to keep authorised users signed in to private areas of the site. They are set only when someone logs in. Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the service requested (logging in), UK law does not require your consent for them. Ordinary visitors browsing the public site receive no cookies at all.

When you confirm your age on entering the site, that confirmation is stored in your own browser (local storage) for twelve months so you are not asked again. Nothing is sent to us.

Personal data you send us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we use the details you provide only to respond to you. If you submit a bulk quotation enquiry through the site, we store the details you enter — such as your company name, contact name, email address, and requirements — in order to prepare your quotation and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, and we keep it only as long as needed for the business relationship or as the law requires.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs in order to deliver the site securely.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, email c.shirlaw@rsdwhisky.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website presents alcoholic products and is intended only for visitors of legal drinking age in their country of residence.
